Regional Marketing Manager, Northern California
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales
and marketing activities for our Northern California Region. The Region

development teams and marketing support staff to implement our Client
Focused Business Development process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor Marketing Coordinators based in our Northern
California Regional offices
Facilitate and coordinate client service teams
Facilitate and lead your teams strategic planning and business
planning efforts
Initiate and maintain client relationships that lead to project
opportunities
Coordinate your visibility program, including conference attendance
and technical seminars
Coordinate with our other Regional Marketing Managers to share
resources and support company efforts
Oversee the writing and editing of winning submittals
Coach project teams for client interviews and presentations
Assure the maintenance of your lead-tracking and sales information
Conduct client debriefs and wellness checks
Qualifications, Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing,
or Communications
Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing, preferably in the A/E/P
industry
Excellent management, teamwork and interpersonal skills with a
variety of personnel
Outstanding written and oral communications skills
Excellent organizational skills
Dedication to meeting the expectations of internal and external
customers
Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Periodic travel to regional offices required
