SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR
SAN FRANCISCO, California
Forell/Elsesser Engineers, Inc., a San Francisco-based
structural engineering firm is looking for a marketing professional with
strong verbal and written communications and graphic computer skills.Candidates
must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
and maintain quality control in a fast-paced, deadline driven and creative
working environment. A college degree in English, Marketing or Engineering
with at least 5 years of relevant A/E/C experience is desirable.
Primary responsibilities include: the management of marketing materials
(resumes, project descriptions, graphics), assembly of brochures, orchestrating
RFQ/RFP submittals, interview presentations, award submittals, collateral
material (print and/or electronic), database management, website maintenance,
and participation in the identification and tracking of project opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Computer Proficiency: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, InDesign, FilemakerPro, Bluebeam.
Etc.
Strong Graphic Skills: required for the creative layout of marketing materials.
Time Management Skills: demonstrated ability to plan, organize and manage
multiple tasks, and incorporate quality control measures.
