Eric Sandberg, President
Eric Sandberg graduated with a BA in Economics at the University of Colorado. Through his career he worked with small businesses as well as billion dollar corporations in both, Sales and Marketing and Operations. Eric co-founded and held various board positions with the Fresno Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization’s San Joaquin Valley Chapter. He was the Chief Operating Officer for Contract Interiors in Fresno before leaving to become the Managing Director of a family owned Environmental Drilling Firm. He currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Operations for Cascade drilling, the largest Environmental Drilling firm in the country. |

Sheila Higgins, Vice President
Sheila Higgins is a Marketing and Business Development Manager at Towill, Inc., a professional geomatics firm providing surveying, mapping, and geospatial solutions. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, business development, and proposal management. Ms. Higgins holds an Associate of Arts degree in Social Science. As well as volunteering in multiple roles for the PEMA board over the years, she serves on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Post of the Society of American Military Engineers as the Post Secretary. |

Rosa Venegas is the Sales Manager for McCampbell Analytical, a full service environmental laboratory located in Pittsburg, CA. Ms. Venegas has been in the environmental industry for over 10 years and has professional experience in client services, project management, accounting, sales & marketing. In 2004 Ms. Venegas was hired on to receive & prep laboratory samples; through years of hard work and with the leadership & service skills she possess, Ms. Venegas was promoted to Sales Manager in 2006 and now volunteers at the San Francisco Bay Area Branch for the Groundwater Resource Association of California. |

As the sole-proprietor of a CA Certified Small Business and Certified Woman-Owned Business, Ms. Taagepera provides CEQA/NEPA-related services to both public and private sector clients as both a prime consultant and a subconsultant. She is an environmental planner with over 20 years of experience in CEQA and NEPA environmental analyses and document preparation. Leann holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning, Land Use and Law Specialization, from UC, Irvine, and a B.A. in Environmental Studies, City Planning Emphasis, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She specializes in projects affecting historic resources and has experience with Sec.106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. |

Harry Lawrence, Director at Large
Harry has worked in sales, marketing and marketing management for over 25 years. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Minor in Promotions and Advertising from the University of Houston. As the Director of Business Development at RGA Environmental, he manages all aspects of Marketing including budgeting, sales forecasting, submittal preparation, proposal development, advertising, web site and direct sales responsibilities. Since joining RGA In 1992, he has helped the firm grow from a $1M company with seven employees to an $11M company with 65 employees. He is an active participant in several Bay Area Professional organizations and has been a speaker, moderator and participant for presentations across a wide variety of marketing and business development related topics. |
