Marketing Manager

West Yost Associates (West Yost) strives to be the first-choice water firm for clients and employees. West Yost is seeking an experienced, motivated Marketing Manager who is eager to take on new challenges and succeed. The Marketing Manager will manage an established marketing team of four professionals and will be responsible for managing the proposal and interview process firm wide. The Marketing Manager will be able to supervise, direct, and do proposal development work and guide the priorities and work of the team in capturing new opportunities, maintaining efficient systems and processes, and improving the quality of our proposals and other marketing materials. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and works closely with the Director of Business Development, Discipline Group Leads and project managers.
